The nominal voltage of Li-ion 18650 is 3.7 volts. To construct a 48V battery, you need 13 such cells connected in series. It's capacity in mAh varies from 1800mAh to 3500mAh. Let's assume that your are using 3500mAh cells. In each string you will have 48.1 volts with 3500mAh capacity. To construct a 3300AH battery, you will roughly require 942 such strings connected in parallel (each string comprises of 13 number of 18650 batteries i.e.13*942=12,246 batteries). You better buy 12V 250AH lithium batteries and make a 48 volt bank and to get 3300AH you still need 13 such strings (4*13=52 batteries). In both cases its a hard task to achieve.
